A short intro from Chris
Before you look at anything else, worth a listen... a bit of context about what I'm building and why your feedback matters right now.
Quiet Protect
Peace of mind for the people looking out for elderly relatives or anyone vulnerable to email scams.
Quiet Protect sits between the incoming email stream and your relative's inbox. Every email is assessed for threat signals: impersonation, urgency tactics, suspicious payment requests, fake government bodies etc. and anything suspicious is caught before it arrives. Your relative's inbox stays clean and calm. They never know anything was blocked.
You, as the family manager, see a plain English summary of what was flagged and why. One tap to review, one tap to confirm. The scam is gone before it ever becomes a phone call.
Quiet
For professionals and small business owners who are drowning in email and want out.
Quiet doesn't sort your inbox. It replaces it. Every email is scored for importance and actionability by an AI assistant that works without being asked. You see three things: what needs your attention, what's been handled, and what's been quietly suppressed. You never open your email client again.
The difference from everything else in this space: SaneBox, Gmail categories, Copilot in Outlook... they all make the inbox better to deal with. Quiet removes the need to deal with it at all.
What we're hearing
Early reactions from people we trust.
We shared these prototypes with a small group of people across different ages and professions. Here's a flavour of what came back.
"I mentioned it to my mum the same afternoon I saw it."— Working professional, 30s
"Quiet Protect sits comfortably with me. The moment I saw it I thought of my dad. He forwards me emails asking if they look dodgy. That's exactly the problem."— Daughter & Carer, 50s
"SaneBox still leaves you in your inbox. Quiet sits further back in the chain and makes the decisions autonomously. That's a fundamentally different thing."— Business owner, current SaneBox user
A third product — Quiet Enterprise — is on the longer-term horizon.
